Open Enrollment: Monday, April 20, 2026 - Friday, April 24, 2026. Champion Health will provide eligibility details and potential paycheck impact directly by email.
What the CHAMP Plan Includes
The CHAMP Plan offers unlimited primary care and urgent care visits, unlimited virtual care, preventive care covered at 100%, prescription coverage through participating pharmacies, and $0 out-of-pocket costs for covered services.
Open Enrollment
During open enrollment, employees will receive emails from Champion Health with additional details and optional virtual education sessions. Meeting links will be shared by email once scheduled.
Eligibility
Depending on individual circumstances, some employees may be automatically enrolled, while others will have the option to opt in. Specific eligibility and paycheck impact information will be provided by Champion Health.
